Guillain-Barre syndrome: It is auto immune disorder. Here the immunesystem of the body attacks peripheral nerves mistakenly and common in adult and males . But it can affect all age groups. It starts wth weakness or tingling sensation starting in leg but spreads to arms and face.It can cause paralysis of legs,arm or muscles in the face. It starts with bacterial or viral infection. Campylobacter jejuni,Epstein-Barr virus(EBV),cytomegalovirus(CMV). It can also get triggered by vaccine administration or surgery. There is no cure for this .Healthy antibodies of donated blood is used and the treatment by intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG).

Chandrayaan 3:Chandrayaan 3 launch mission was on 14/07/ 2023. The budget is for an amount of 615 cr. The present ISRO chief is. Mr.S.Somanath. Chandrayaan 3 is a lunar mission which tries to soft land near the south pole. It was launched with the help of LMV(launching vehicle mark 3)fat boy..It was launched from Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota.South pole has the prescence of water molecule. India is the fourth country to reach moon next to United states,Soviet Union and China.But no one landed n the south pole. Chandrayaan 2 was on 2019.Safe landing as the problem. Now Chandrayaan 3 has Lander Module(LM),Propulsion Module(PM) and Rover.It will reach moon in forty days and expected to land on 23 and 24 th of August. The propulsion module will carry the lander and rover till 100 lunar orbit. Lander will help to soft land at specified site and deploy Rover. Rover will study lunar surface.Lander is called vikram and Rover is called Pragyan(wisdom in sanskrit). Rover will make chemical analysis and in-situ scientific experiment. The rocket used has propulsion module with 2148kg weight,lander module has 1752 kg, so total weight willbe 3900kg.The budget is 615cr and very cost effective. The project is led by Rocket women of India Ritu Srivastava. Earlier 2008 mission found water on the moon. Chandrayaan2 had problem in landing.But reached the lunar orbit. It was launchedwith launch vehicle GSLV mark3.It also went to south pole. At that time the ISRO chief was K.Sivan.
