The 94th Academy Awards is all set to take place on 27th March in the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. The Oscars committee will announce the nominations for all 23 categories today (Feb 8th). A show is organized for revealing the nominations and will be hosted by Tracee Ellis Ross and Leslie Jordan. This event will be aired live on the Academy Awards social media handles from 5.18 a.m Pacific Time. This year’s Oscars ceremony is said to have a host and the speculations are soaring high on who that will be. Here is the announcement made by The Academy Awards regarding the Nominations Show:
Spider-Man: No Way Home to Surpass the BO Collection of Avatar
What a fabulous achievement by Spider-Man: No Way Home! The film is just $800,000 away from overtaking the collection ‘Avatar’. ‘No Way Home’ has so far made $749 million in the domestic market and is currently positioned 4th of all time. With the movie still running in theatres, its collection trends show that Spider-Man will outdo Avatar by the end of this week. If this happens then Spider-Man: No Way Home will secure the third spot in the United States as the highest-grossing film. The first two positions are held by ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ with $936.6 million and ‘Avengers: Endgame’ with $858.3 million respectively.
BTS Photo of Chris Evans from The Gray Man
Netflix last week released a preview of its 2022 releases which also featured a glimpse from ‘The Gray Man’. The footage contained some impressive scenes from the movie starring Chris Evans and Rege-Jean Page and Ryan Gosling. After the release of this short video, Chris Evans revealed a photo of him from behind the scene of ‘The Gray Man’ set earlier this week. He posted the click in his Instagram story and wrote, “Memories”. With Chris Evans’s costumes from the BTS click and Netflix’s short glimpse on ‘The Gray Man’, it is evident that the film is going to be an action-packed entertainer.
Deleted Scenes to be Included in ‘No Way Home’ Digital Release
Reports from Hollywood say that the digital release of Spider-Man: No Way Home will contain 100 minutes of bonus content which will be worth the inclusion. The film’s runtime is around 2 hours and 28 minutes currently. The movie did extremely well in the Box Office and was appreciated for keeping the runtime short despite so many cameos and character roles. So various clippings were reportedly removed from the theatrical release. Now, the DVD and Blu-ray release is said to include an additional 100 minutes of footage. This is itself the length of a movie. The list of the deleted scenes that contributed to this 100 minutes is released and the titles of each video, like ‘The Spideys Hangout’, were just enough to create huge expectations among the fans.
