At last, here come the most expected final nominations for the 94th Academy Awards. There were a lot of anticipations and speculations going on around the Oscars nominations for over a couple of months now. Finally, the announcement of nominees was made by Tracee Ellis Ross and Leslie Jordan on February 8. The winners from the nominations will be announced in the award ceremony which is set to take place on March 27th in the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. The nominations were announced for all 23 categories. This article sums up the entire nominee’s list for the 94th Academy Awards.
Most Popular from the Nominations
Though several movies found their way into the Oscars nominations, few of them gained the spotlight. This is because those few movies got elected in multiple categories. Films like ‘The Power of the Dog’ got nominated in 12 categories, ‘Dune’ in 10 followed by ‘West Side Story’ and ‘Belfast’ getting 7 nominations each. Receiving multiple nominations in the Oscars is not a cakewalk and these films deserve that.
Where to Watch the Nominations Show?
As said earlier, the show was hosted by Tracee Ellis Ross and Leslie Jordan. It was aired live on YouTube and the official site Oscars.com. Further, all the updates of nominations were posted on Instagram, Twitter and other social handles of the Academy Awards. Now, the nomination event’s video is available to be watched on The Academy Awards YouTube channel. Here’s the link to watch the video:
