Micromax IN Note 2 has Hit the Indian Market

The sale of Micromax IN Note 2 went live earlier this week in India. This smartphone comes in a 4GB + 64GB variant and is priced at ₹13,490. There is a limited-time introductory offer available for this device at ₹12,490. Flipkart offers an additional discount with Citibank cards and Flipkart Axis Bank Credit cards. 

Micromax In Note 2 comes with Android 11 which runs on MediaTek Helio G95 SoC processor. It has a 6.43 inches full HD display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus Protection. The internal storage of 64GB can be expanded up to 256GB via SD card. IN Note 2 comes with a Quad Camera with a 48-megapixel primary sensor. This smartphone has hit the market with some good features at a reasonable price.

2nd Hand Smartphone Market to Reach $4.6 Billion in India

India’s current second-hand mobile market is around $2.3 billion. It has been estimated that the market is expected to double in the next three years rising to $4.6 billion by 2025. In the previous years, the 2nd hand market has dealt with around 25 million mobiles at an average of ₹6,900 per phone. The chairman of ICEA said that this growth would help in reducing e-waste considerably in India.

S22 Series of Samsung Galaxy to have 45W Speed Charging

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S22 series will have a 45W charging speed for quick charges. The earlier series of mobiles were provided with a 25W charging capacity which was considered to be a bit slow. Though there is no official confirmation on 45W chargers, Denmark’s DEMKO approval for the same has paved the way to this strong speculation. The upcoming Galaxy S22 specification got leaked and is expected to have a battery capacity of 3700mAh. Samsung is all set to reveal the details of the S22 smartphones and Tab S8 series by hosting an event on February 9 named Galaxy Unpacked Event.

Realme 9 Pro from February 16

Realme is back with its 5G smartphone series and is getting ready to launch the Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro+ in the mid of February. The release date of this smartphone is not been officially unveiled yet. But reports from the credible source says that Realme 9 Pro will make a global debut on February 15 and an event will take place on 16th February. 

Realme 9 Pro is expected to come with a 6.59-inch display and a huge 5000mAh battery. The 33W charging support ensures quick charging. The storage capacity of this mobile is speculated to be around 6GB + 128GB. These specifications prove to be promising and let’s wait for its launch to know the price.

‘Offers’ Tab on Google Play Store

Google Play Store has decided to add a new tab named ‘Offers’ to its existing list of tabs like Games, Apps, Movies and Books. The product manager of Google Play said that they’re introducing this section for user convenience so that they can find the best deals for their Play Store products. This ‘Offer’ tab carries the best deals and prices that are relevant to you. This feature is first being made available in India, US and Indonesia and will be expanded to other countries later this year.

Samsung Leading the Global Smartphone Market

The smartphone industry is quickly recovering from the COVID-19 pandemic effect. The majority of the smartphone manufacturers have reported a growth in the year 2021. Of which Samsung became the global leader in smartphone shipments with around 1.39 billion being shipped in 2021. Apple and Xiaomi have also reported a growth in their shipment of units.
